A. Description of goods offered for sale.
RL-2 is the trading name of Real Life (RL) Ltd/ Real Life Ltd.
RL-2 offers for sale audio recordings of artists who have agreed to enter
into a contract with RL to sell their product via the RL-2 Web site.
B.Returns Policy.
In the event that any item purchased from RL-2 is found to be
defective upon receipt by you, RL-2 will replace the defective item provided
the item is returned to us in its original packaging by mail within ten
business days to the following address:

Please note that RL-2 reserves the right to reject a return in the event
that the above conditions are not met.
In the event you require a refund please advise info9@rl-2.com upon
mailing to us the faulty item. Refunds will only be made in respect of
faulty items returned where the above conditions have been met and the error
is determined to be the fault of RL-2. Refund amounts will only be credited
to the credit card of the purchaser
Shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that it is determined
that the defective item is found to be faulty and that the fault is the
error of RL-2.
C. Terms and Conditions for the supply of RL-2 products.
The agreement between us;
RL-2 must receive full payment for goods ordered before your order can be
accepted. Upon clearance of your payment RL-2 will confirm via e-mail
at the address provided on the order form that your order has been accepted.
Upon acceptance by us of your order we shall enter into a legally binding
agreement.
The price
The price payable for the goods ordered is as displayed in our Web site.
The price displayed will include any applicable United Kingdom sales taxes
and world-wide delivery. Our Vat No. is GB 577 1113 45
All transactions will be processed in Sterling currency.
Availability of Product
We will advise you upon placing your order and prior to your submitting your
credit card details as to the availability of stock of any item ordered.
Delivery
RL-2 will deliver the goods to you at the address provided by you in the
order form.
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after acceptance and
delivery will be made by standard mail.
Upon receipt by you of the goods ordered you will become the owner and RL-2
will have no liability for their loss or destruction.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some
locations.
Liability
Unless notification is received by us within ten business days of any
shortages, damages, defects or if the goods are not what you ordered then
RL-2 shall have no liability for the goods that have been delivered to you.
In the event that you have not received the goods within thirty days of our
acceptance of your order, then RL-2 shall have no liability unless
notification of non-delivery is received by us within ten days following the
of expiry of the thirty days.
If any of the above problems occur and you have notified us under the
conditions laid out the only obligation of RL-2 shall be, at its option:-
a) to make good any non-delivery or shortage;
b) to replace any damaged or defective items; or
c) to refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.
Other than to refund to you the amount paid out for the goods in question,
RL-2 shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or
damage arising from any problem notified to RL-2 by you under the
above conditions, and RL-2 shall have no liability to pay any money to you
by way of compensation.
None of the above conditions are intended to limit any rights you might have
as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any
way to exclude or limit RL-2's liability to you for death or personal injury
resulting from its negligence.
Force Majeure
RL-2 will accept no liability for failure to deliver goods that have been
ordered by you, or any delay in delivering those goods, or for any damage or
defect to the goods delivered caused as a result of an event or circumstance
beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of this agreement shall for any reason be deemed unenforceable
then the enforceability of any other part of these conditions shall continue
in full force and effect.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England whose courts shall
have exclusive jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with the Web site prices set out our
whole agreement in respect of the supply of goods to you by RL-2 and cannot
be varied other than in writing signed by a director of either Real Life Ltd
or Real Life (RL) Ltd trading as RL-2 .
Meanings
In this agreement:-
" RL-2" means Real Life Ltd and/or Real Life (RL) Ltd trading as
RL2;
"business day" means every calender day apart from weekends and
public holidays;
"us" means RL-2 and you together; and
"you" and "your" means the purchaser of the goods under
these terms and conditions.
